About the team
We are looking for a Head of Growth to help us take a fast-growing brand to the next level - and triple the business.
We’re a 7-person team building a beauty brand focused primarily on make-up. We already have strong products and a working acquisition model - now we need someone who can take us further and turn what’s working into a scalable system.
This is not a role for a manager of managers. We’re looking for someone who builds the engine - and is hands-on enough to run it while doing so. You won’t have a narrow, fixed lane; instead, you’ll operate across functions as an analytical doer with strong marketing intuition and experience.
You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with product, marketing, and web development teams. Expect pace, ambition, and an environment where priorities can shift quickly - adaptability is key.
Get ready to
Lead acquisition funnel development - owning the strategy and execution of PDPs and pre-landers development (e.g. advertorials, listicles, etc.)
Plan and manage sales campaigns end-to-end: including timing, channel mix, funnel setup, and creative direction
Coordinate new product launches - from idea to execution
Lead retention strategy - collaborate with email and media teams on segmentation, lifecycle flows, and repeat purchase; you define the direction, the team executes
Own LTV targets and feed retention insights back into acquisition decisions - higher LTV enables higher CAC tolerance
Drive conversion improvement projects to improve the on-site shopping experience, increasing add-to-cart, cross-sell rates, and overall conversion
Support the CEO in marketing strategy development
We expect you to
Bring a strong DTC / eCommerce background, with 4–7 years of experience in performance-driven environments
Have experience scaling DTC brands - ideally in beauty, health, or consumer goods - and have built growth systems, not just operated existing ones
Demonstrate a deep understanding of performance marketing, with hands-on experience owning paid social and confidently challenging cross-functional teams (media buyers, creative strategists, UX designers)
Understand the relationship between creative and full-funnel performance, with experience exploring acquisition beyond Meta
Have a solid understanding of lifecycle marketing - including segmentation, flow logic, and how retention metrics connect to unit economics
Thrive in a small team environment where speed beats perfection and execution beats overthinking
Salary
Gross salary from 5000 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
