Get ready to

• Support the day-to-day execution of email marketing campaigns — from ideation to implementation

• Assist in maintaining and improving onboarding emails based on user behavior

• Contribute to the growth of the user communications channel

• Run A/B tests and support optimization efforts with a focus on performance

• Track campaign results and help identify opportunities for improvement

• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to deliver key initiatives

We expect you to

• Have some hands-on experience or strong interest in email marketing

• Understand email fundamentals (design, build, deliverability, and best practices)

• Be comfortable using tools to analyze and track campaign performance

• Be curious and willing to learn about customer behavior and engagement

• Have analytical thinking and interest in data-driven decision making

• Have strong written English skills and attention to detail

Salary

Gross salary range is 1900 - 2500 EUR/month.

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
