Get ready to

• Develop and execute innovative, data-driven creative concepts for digital advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with performance goals

• Think holistically about visual brand execution across platforms

• Write briefs for graphic designers, video editors, animators, actors, and other creative partners

• Collaborate closely with project managers and the marketing team (designers, performance specialists, etc.)

• Analyze ad testing data to drive performance-based decisions

• Research and evaluate competitors’ ads

• Constantly scout for new creative ideas and emerging market trends

• Gather insights about target audiences to refine campaign direction

We expect you to

• Come from a creative field (advertising, design, media, marketing, etc.)

• Have work experience as a Performance Creative, Copywriter, Creative Strategist, or in a similar role

• Bring a creative yet analytical mindset to developing unique and innovative solutions that improve results

• Be skilled in using MS Excel for data analysis

• Be 100% performance-oriented and results-driven

• Have the ability to influence, tell stories, synthesize and convey key messages, and present them in a visual, compelling way

• Speak and write fluently in both English and Lithuanian

• Have no fear of failure — testing and learning is part of the journey

• Be curious, bold, and ready to experiment

• Bonus points if you have strong writing skills — such as copywriting experience — to add extra punch to your creative work
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 2000-3000 EUR/month.

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
