Get ready to

• Develop and manage UGC creator partnerships, from sourcing new creators to maintaining ongoing relationships

• Identify and recruit relevant creators who align with the product and target audience

• Write clear, performance-driven creative briefs for UGC creators

• Review, edit, and optimize UGC content for paid social performance

• Turn raw creator content into high-performing ads with strong hooks and clear messaging

• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and performance targets

• Continuously test and improve creatives based on performance insights and trends

• Explore and implement AI tools and workflows to improve content production efficiency

We expect you to

• Have 2+ years of experience in content creation, UGC, or performance marketing

• Be skilled in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar)

• Have a strong performance marketing mindset — understanding what drives results

• Know how to craft strong hooks and engaging content that captures attention quickly

• Be able to identify the right creators for different products and audiences

• Be both creative and analytical, using data to improve content performance

• Be proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple creators and projects simultaneously

• Be interested in and comfortable using AI tools to enhance content production and workflows

• Be fluent in English with strong communication skills

Salary

Gross salary range is 2400 - 3000 EUR/month.

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
