Get ready to

• Create and deliver performance-driven video ads for paid social (Meta, TikTok), along with supporting static assets

• Own the creative process from concept to final execution, ensuring high-quality, on-brand output

• Produce and iterate on short-form video ads optimized for engagement and conversions

• Use performance data (ROAS, CPA, CTR) to continuously test, improve, and scale winning creatives

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and new creative opportunities

• Adapt hooks, messaging, and CTAs to different audiences and platforms

• Stay up to date with social media trends, video formats, and AI tools to improve creative output

We expect you to

• Have 2+ years of experience in a creative or performance marketing role, with a strong focus on video

• Be skilled in motion design and video editing (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, or similar tools)

• Have experience creating high-performing ads for Meta and/or TikTok

• Understand performance marketing metrics and how creatives impact results

• Be both creative and analytical, able to generate ideas and validate them with data

• Work independently and take ownership of your projects, timelines, and results

• Be comfortable using or learning AI tools to improve efficiency and creativity

• Be fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills

Salary

Gross salary range is 2600-3380 EUR/month.

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
