Get ready to
Design and launch a company-wide AI Academy, driving practical AI adoption across teams - not theory, but real usage embedded into daily workflows
Own and implement a company-wide performance management system, embedding OKRs across teams and building visibility into execution, accountability, and outcomes
Build and own succession planning frameworks, identify high-potential talent, and create clear internal growth paths so we raise leaders from within
Design and launch a Leadership Academy covering first-time managers to senior leaders, with structured programmes for mid-level management growth
Build scalable learning architecture - including an Internship Academy for early talent - ensuring everything is practical, applied, and tied to business outcomes
Own and manage the L&D budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and measurable ROI
Partner with leadership and managers across the company to identify and close capability gaps, turning people development into a performance advantage
Measure learning effectiveness, track impact metrics, and continuously improve based on data, feedback, and alignment with organisational OKRs
We expect you to
Have 5+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a strategic People role, ideally in a high-growth or scaling organisation
Think in systems, not trainings - you build infrastructure, not one-off courses
Have solid project management experience – able to plan, prioritize, and deliver L&D initiatives end-to-end, managing stakeholders, timelines, and risks
Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to connect learning directly to commercial outcomes, strategic priorities, and OKRs
Be genuinely excited about AI and its practical business application - you've already experimented with it and know how to drive adoption
Have hands-on experience implementing performance management systems, coaching frameworks, leadership development programmes, and OKR-setting processes
Be comfortable working with and challenging senior leaders
Have experience managing L&D budgets and working with external vendors and learning partners
Be structured, data-driven, and outcome-oriented - you measure what you build
Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Have excellent spoken and written English
Salary
Gross salary range is 3000-4500 EUR/month.

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
