We are looking for a Senior People Business Partner to join our team and drive strategic HR initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders to tackle organizational challenges, shape talent strategies, and support the growth of high-performing teams. Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business goals.
Own and evolve performance management, engagement, retention, and succession planning programs.
Use people analytics to identify trends, improve decision-making, and track ROI of initiatives through dashboards and reporting.
Drive continuous improvement using data from surveys, NPS, and other employee feedback tools.
Support budgeting, headcount planning, and Comp & Ben strategy - ensuring alignment with P&L realities and business needs.
Collaborate with legal and compliance on labor law issues, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Build trust-based relationships with stakeholders across all levels - from managers to C-level -guiding them on organizational change, team development, and leadership growth.
Act as a coach and advisor for team leads, helping them grow leadership capability and handle challenging people situations.
Translate strategic plans into actionable roadmaps that improve the employee experience and business results.
We expect you to
5+ years of HR experience, including business partnering in dynamic or high-growth organizations.
Strong HR functional expertise — performance management, engagement, retention, 360 feedback, career frameworks.
Proven experience in people analytics, data-driven decision-making, and presenting insights to non-HR stakeholders.
Solid understanding of budgeting, Comp & Ben, and financial literacy (P&L impact, employee ROI).
Knowledge of Lithuanian labor law and compliance management.
Experience leading and developing small to mid-sized HR teams or cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder management skills — ability to influence, challenge, and support with equal measure.
Strong leadership mindset — proactive, disciplined, and solutions-oriented.
Flexible, resilient, and communicative, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment of constant change.
Skilled problem solver who can balance both people empathy and business pragmatism.
Salary
Gross salary range is 4500-5900 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
