We expect you to:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Confidence using social media and professional networking platforms

• Interest in AI sourcing tools and a willingness to use them to work smarter and more efficiently

• Fluency in English and Lithuanian

• A genuine interest in talent acquisition and HR

Salary

The gross monthly salary ranges between 600 and 1200 EUR, depending on whether the position is part-time or full-time.

Location

Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
