We expect you to

• Have proven experience in graphic design and video editing for performance marketing

• Be skilled in After Effects, Figma, Photoshop, and Premiere (or similar tools)

• Understand what makes Meta and TikTok ads perform

• Be a strong visual storyteller with great pacing and attention to detail

• Be curious and interested in learning about AI applications in creative work

• Work independently and take ownership of your projects

• Communicate clearly in English & Lithuanian and thrive in a feedback-rich environment

Salary

Gross salary range is 2500 - 3500 EUR/month.

Location

Vilnius, Lithuania 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
