• Have foundational design and video editing skills

• Stay updated with design tools and creative trends

• Basics of reading and working with data

• Be detail-oriented, organised, and adaptable – you’ll work across multiple brands, formats, and visual styles

• Be comfortable creating short-form video ads, including UGC-style

• Communicate clearly in both English and Lithuanian

Salary

Gross salary is 1200 EUR/month for (0.75 FTE).

Location

Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
