Get ready to

• Write the full flow (ads + articles): Your primary focus will be writing high-performing sets – long-form advertorials paired with the Meta ads that drive traffic to them.

• Blend education with sales: You will learn how to write articles that give the reader valuable information, while naturally guiding them toward buying our products. It's about selling without sounding like a billboard.

• Write Meta ads: You won't be touching Ads Manager or designing graphics. Your job is to write the text, hooks, and concepts for the ads, which you'll then hand off to the design team.

• Work with AI: We use AI to speed up how we produce content. You’ll be using and improving our AI workflows, but it'll be on you to make sure the copy keeps a human touch and actually works.

• Explore and iterate: You will independently develop fresh marketing angles from scratch, while also spending a significant amount of time processing and optimizing existing articles
  

We expect you to

• You understand the psychology of conversion: You have a natural instinct for sales and know how to tap into reader desires and pain points.

• You have strong attention to detail: You connect the dots, spot correlations, and see exactly how small things impact big results.

• A strategic decision-maker: Even with limited data, you know how to extract insights, test different hypotheses, and hunt for formulas that work.

• Agile and responsive: You process information quickly, make swift decisions, and adapt your copy based on data and feedback.

• You have a portfolio or samples: We need to see your work. Whether it's a formal portfolio or just a document with your best copy, you have tangible proof of what you can do.

• You want to actually get good at this: You put in the time and effort to learn the mechanics of conversion, and we will actively help you develop. Come join us, do the work, and we’ll help you grow into a highly effective copywriter.

Salary

Gross salary range is 1800-2200 EUR/month.

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
