Get ready to

• Lead and mentor a team of 7 brilliant Meta & Google acquisition specialists.

• Oversee the overall acquisition strategy for one of the most critical Kilo brands (Meta, Google, Applovin and etc.).

• Manage multi-million dollar budgets with a relentless focus on ROAS and incremental growth.

• Select and integrate the right automation, tracking, and attribution tools to stay ahead of the market and our competitors.

• Look for ways to constantly improve the overall ads' performance of our Meta, Google and Applovin channels.

• Be proactive and encourage your team members to look for new angles to unlock new markets, retain existing customers and solve the complexed issues.
  

We expect you to

• Have a proven track record of 3-4 years in successfully managing PPC campaigns, showcasing your expertise in driving tangible results

• Have proficiency in Meta Ads, Google (PMax, GDN, Demand Gen) and other social media advertising platforms, with a deep understanding of their functionalities and best practices

• Have experience using advanced PPC tools and analytics platforms to optimize campaign performance and extract valuable insights

• Have excellent attention to detail and ability to retain an oversight across many projects simultaneously

• Have an analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data, driving informed decision-making and continuous improvement
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 5 000 - 7 000 EUR/month.

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
