Get ready to

• Collaborate across teams to drive key initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes

• Apply email deliverability best practices and optimize campaign deployment

• Develop and execute personalized, triggered email campaigns that support strategic goals

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve through customer insights, seasonality, and competitor trends

• Conduct A/B testing and leverage analytics to inform continuous improvements

• Maintain a healthy subscriber database through consistent list hygiene practices

We expect you to

• Bring at least 1+ years of experience in email marketing with a solid grasp of design, build, and deliverability principles

• Be comfortable with email best practices, including automation, segmentation, and A/B testing

• Have strong analytical skills with proven experience optimizing campaigns based on performance data

• Be hands-on with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms

• Show a proactive, ownership-driven mindset and focus on delivering results

Salary

Gross salary range is 1900-3500 EUR/month.

Location

Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
