Get ready to

• Take ownership of creative projects from concept to final execution, maintaining a consistently high creative standard

• Shape and evolve brand identities, visual systems, and creative directions that are distinctive and memorable

• Turn creative briefs into engaging designs, campaigns, and high-performing short-form video ads

• Create and combine graphic design, AI-generated assets and video editing into polished creatives

• Use Higgsfield and other AI tools to generate video, visuals, voiceovers, concepts, and creative assets

• Experiment with concepts, prompts, hooks, visual styles, and creative variations to discover fresh and effective directions

• Use typography, motion graphics, music, sound design, subtitles, and effects to strengthen storytelling and performance

• Collaborate with marketing, creative strategy, product, and other teams while continuously pushing creative boundaries

We expect you to

• Have proven experience in creative/graphic design and video editing, backed by a strong and diverse portfolio

• Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Premiere Pro, with knowledge of After Effects

• Have hands-on experience with AI video and image generation tools such as Higgsfield, Veo, Kling, Runway, Midjourney, or ElevenLabs

• Be able to transform creative briefs into strong concepts and polished visual executions that resonate with the target audience

• Have a strong understanding of branding, typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and contemporary digital design

• Understand what makes short-form creative perform — hooks, pacing, storytelling, retention, and CTAs

• Be comfortable taking ownership, working independently, and prompting, generating, refining, and iterating on creative work

• Be idea- and motivation-driven, collaborative, adaptable, and excited to experiment with new tools, formats, and creative approaches

Salary

Gross salary range is 3000 - 3500 EUR/month.

Location

We have several great workspaces to choose from, including our headquarters in Vilnius and our hubs in Klaipėda and Riga.

For our Vilnius office, we follow a 4 days onsite, 1 day remote hybrid model. For roles based outside Vilnius, the work arrangement -onsite, hybrid, or remote-depends on the specific position.
