Breakneck Studio – an incubator and accelerator scaling digital and e-commerce brands at high velocity. It's home to our Co-Found program, where ambitious founders take products from zero to market in months, not years. Get ready to

• Design high-converting static ads for Meta, Google and TikTok, Instagram for makeup brand

• Create advertorials and other branded content that tell a product’s story and still drive clicks

• Add light animation to statics when it helps, such as text reveals, product highlights or simple transitions

• Take on short-form video and motion work, about 30% of your time

• Research competitor ads, platform trends and how customers talk

• Pitch your own concepts and angles instead of only following briefs

• Use AI tools every day to generate visuals, expand variations and test more ideas faster

• Deliver fast, high-volume work without losing quality

We expect you to

• Have a strong portfolio of static ads for performance marketing. DTC or e-commerce experience is a big plus

• Understand advertorials and branded ads: how they differ from classic ads and why they work

• Be fluent in AI tools and know how to make AI output look on-brand

• Be confident in Photoshop and Figma, and have working skills in After Effects or Premiere, or equivalents

• Know what drives performance on Meta and TikTok: hooks, layouts, offers and visual hierarchy

• Have a sharp eye for product presentation, typography and detail

• Work independently and own your projects from idea to delivery

• Communicate clearly in English

• Feel comfortable in a fast, feedback-rich environment

Salary

Gross salary range is 2500 - 3200 EUR/month.

Location

We have several great workspaces to choose from, including our headquarters in Vilnius and our hubs in Klaipėda and Riga.

For our Vilnius office, we follow a 4 days onsite, 1 day remote hybrid model. For roles based outside Vilnius, the work arrangement -onsite, hybrid, or remote-depends on the specific position.
