Get ready to

• Research products, audiences, and competitors (internal & external sources)

• Write conversion-focused copy (claims, product descriptions, landing text)

• Prepare new ad copy creatives for performance marketing campaigns

• Analyze existing messaging and suggest improvements

• Work closely with a senior conversion copywriter and UX/UI team

• Turn insights into clear, persuasive, profit-driven communication

We expect you to

• Have some experience writing (e.g., ads, posts, product descriptions, etc.)

• Be comfortable writing clear, persuasive English copy

• Have strong attention to detail and structured thinking

• Be curious about what makes people click, buy, and convert

• Be able to research and turn information into compelling messaging

• Be motivated to work in a performance-driven, profit-oriented environment

Salary

Salary €865–€1,153 gross per month depending on workload (0.75–1.0 FTE)

Location

Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
