Get ready to
Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, team goals, and long-term talent strategies
Own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle — from role briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding
Identify, engage, and attract high-caliber talent globally across both tech and non-tech functions
Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines
Collaborate with the team on proactive and passive candidate engagement approaches
Contribute to and lead recruitment initiatives and projects that support company growth and scaling
Manage offer processes, guiding candidates and stakeholders through negotiations
Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates to create a strong talent network
Stay ahead of market trends, tools, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
We expect you to
Bring proven experience in recruitment within corporate and/or startup environments, hiring for both tech and business roles
Have hands-on experience recruiting for roles such as Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Business Development
Demonstrate strong expertise in sourcing, candidate assessment, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Be proficient with ATS platforms, modern recruiting tools, and automation technologies
Show a solid understanding of talent markets, trends, and recruitment best practices
Communicate effectively, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Think strategically while executing with a hands-on, results-driven approach
Be fluent in English and Lithuanian
Salary
Gross salary range is 2600 - 3300 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
