We are looking

for a talented Performance Creative specialist to elevate creative campaigns of Moerie, a brand focused on high-quality hair care products made with natural ingredients. If you’re passionate about creative campaigns, backed up by an analytical mindset, this opportunity might be just for you.

Get ready to

• Develop and execute innovative, data-driven creative concepts for digital advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with performance goals for our e-commerce brand Moerie.

• Think of visual brand execution

• Write briefs for graphic designers, video editors, animators, actors, etc.

• Closely work with project managers and marketing team (designers, performance specialists, etc.)

• Analyze ads testing data and make decisions based on it

• Analyze competitors’ ads

• Constantly search for new ideas and market trends

• Gather insights about target groups

• Copywrite (headlines, call-to-actions, short posts oriented to sales or other KPI’s)

We expect you to

• Have at least 2-3 years of work experience as a Performance creative/ Copywriter/ Creative/ etc.

• Have an exceptional creative portfolio demonstrating a track record of successful campaigns and innovative ideas.

• Have a creative and analytical mindset toward developing unique and innovative solutions to improve products

• Be 100% a performance-oriented person

• Have the ability to influence, tell a story, synthesize and convey key messages and present them in a visual and compelling way

• Have no fear of failing

• Be curious and creative

• Communicate fluently in English and Lithuanian and thrive in a collaborative, feedback-oriented environment

Salary

Gross salary range is 2400 - 4000 EUR/month.

Location

Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile Kaunas team members usually coming to the Vilnius office 2–3 times per week.
