Breakneck Studio – an incubator and accelerator scaling digital and e-commerce brands at high velocity. We are looking for a Senior Meta Media Buyer to lead the Paid Social strategy and execution for our digital products team. In this role, you will manage high-budget campaigns, identify new growth opportunities, and drive continuous performance improvements. Get ready to

• Own and drive Meta advertising strategy, identifying new growth and scaling opportunities

• Manage, test, and optimize large-scale budgets with a strong focus on profitability

• Build and improve automation tools for campaign management and creative workflows

• Proactively uncover new audiences, offers, and creative angles to maximize performance

• Work closely with Product, Creative, and Data teams to drive business results

• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to support testing and scaling initiatives

We expect you to

• Have 4+ years of hands-on experience with Meta media buying

• Have experience managing significant advertising budgets and scaling campaigns profitably

• Preferably have experience with dietary supplements or other DTC products in the US market

• Have strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as GA4, Hyros, Northbeam, or similar

• Be comfortable owning strategy, making independent decisions, and taking responsibility for results

• Have excellent attention to detail, prioritization, and time management skills

• Have a strong interest in paid social, testing, and continuous growth

Salary

Gross salary range is 4000-5000 EUR/month.

Location

We have several great workspaces to choose from, including our headquarters in Vilnius and our hubs in Klaipėda and Riga.

For our Vilnius office, we follow a 4 days onsite, 1 day remote hybrid model. For roles based outside Vilnius, the work arrangement -onsite, hybrid, or remote-depends on the specific position.
