Breakneck Studio – an incubator and accelerator scaling digital and e-commerce brands at high velocity. We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer to take full ownership of Paid Social strategy and execution across our portfolio of digital products.

In this role, you will drive high-budget campaigns, shape where our growth strategy goes next, and scale your own responsibility as fast as you can prove it out – there's no ceiling here: as you deliver results, this role expands into leading other buyers, owning new verticals, or shaping the broader growth function.

Get ready to

• Own the Paid Socials ads strategy end-to-end

• Manage, test, and optimize large-scale budgets with real autonomy over how they're deployed

• Build and manage automation tools for campaign management and creative uploading, so the team scales without scaling headcount

• Proactively hunt for new angles, opportunities, and untapped growth across Paid Social channels — we expect you to bring ideas, not wait for them

• Work directly with Founders and Creative Team

• Run market, customer, and competitor research to fuel what we test and scale next

• Take real responsibility for your calls — the wins are yours, and so is the room to fail fast and adjust

We expect you to

• Have 3+ years of hands-on Meta media buying experience, ideally managing significant monthly ad spend

• Have experience with digital products and mobile apps

• Be fluent with third-party analytics/attribution tools (GA4, Hyros, Northbeam, or similar)

• Have sharp attention to detail and genuinely strong time management

• Know how to prioritize a workflow without someone managing it for you

• Be fluent with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar

• Bring real enthusiasm for paid social and a hunger to keep leveling up

Salary

Gross salary range is 4000-6000 EUR/month.Location

We have several great workspaces to choose from, including our headquarters in Vilnius and our hubs in Klaipėda and Riga.

For our Vilnius office, we follow a 4 days onsite, 1 day remote hybrid model. For roles based outside Vilnius, the work arrangement -onsite, hybrid, or remote-depends on the specific position.
