• Represent the brand on social media pages like Facebook and Instagram

• Engage with users through ad comments, posts, and specialized community spaces

• Solve queries from community members and provide thoughtful, timely support

• Interact with users to understand their needs and challenges

• Monitor customer feedback across platforms and report key insights to the team

We expect you to

• Have experience in the Social Media or Customer Support field

• Be able to work independently and manage your workload effectively

• Be 100% customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Be fluent in English — this is crucial

• Be curious, creative, and eager to contribute to a growing team

Salary

Gross salary range is 1300 - 1600 EUR/month.

Location

Vilnius, Lithuania - we follow a 4 days onsite, 1 day remote hybrid model.
