Get ready to

• Execute growth team plans across Lovable landers and funnels, and continuously evaluate best-in-class full-funnel testing practices and tools.

• Own content and coordinate UX and Development on custom-coded new landing pages and funnels.

• Know performance marketing tracking fundamentals and coordinate the required tracking implementation with the tech team.

• Proactively scout and own the testing of new funnel concepts

• Gather new-angle testing requirements from the marketing, growth, and product teams, and own the testing workflow and execution.

• Drive new product/locale funnel launches and optimize their performance.

• Monitor new funnel and landing page step metrics, and own their improvement after initial launch.

• Coordinate qualitative and quantitative data research to surface the most actionable insights.

We expect you to

• 2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, CRO, or funnel/performance marketing - ideally in DTC, subscription, or health & wellness.

• Proven track record of building and A/B testing landing pages or funnels with measurable conversion impact.

• Hands-on experience with no-code / AI page builders (Lovable, Unbounce, Webflow, Framer, or similar) - you can ship a page without waiting on a developer.

• Working knowledge of tracking: pixels, server-side events, GTM, and UTM structure.

• Strong analytical skills - comfortable in Looker, GA4, or spreadsheets, and able to read funnel step data and significance.

• Solid grasp of direct response principles - what makes a hero, quiz flow, or offer block convert.

• Experience with A/B testing or behavioral analytics tools (Hotjar, VWO, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar) is a strong advantage.

Salary

Gross salary range is 2800-4300 EUR/month.

Location

We have several great workspaces to choose from, including our headquarters in Vilnius and our hubs in Klaipėda and Riga.

For our Vilnius office, we follow a 4 days onsite, 1 day remote hybrid model. For roles based outside Vilnius, the work arrangement -onsite, hybrid, or remote-depends on the specific position.
