• Build and shape the team, including defining roles, hiring, onboarding, and long-term capability planning

We expect you to

• Strong engineering background with hands-on experience building scalable production systems using PHP, Node.js, and Next.js, focused on performance and reliability.

• Be a hands-on Engineering Manager who can make architectural decisions, review code, and keep systems stable

• Have experience building and leading teams, including planning future needs and working with freelancers or outsourced engineers

• Understand product development deeply and help evolve an existing product with new features

• Communicate clearly with product, marketing, and external stakeholders

• Help drive AI adoption and automation within the team and product

• Be comfortable owning system reliability, monitoring, and long-term fixes (not just quick patches)
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 6500-8000 EUR/month.

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas remote option is available depending on the role.
