Get ready to
Own and scale multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube, GDN, Demand Gen) and Microsoft/Bing Ads
Manage, test, and optimize large-scale budgets to achieve the highest goals
Monitor results to make sure that we are following our set KPIs
Collaborate with cross - functional creative teams to find the most performing Google Ads creatives and communication directions
Conduct deep-dive market, customer, and competitor research to discover new growth opportunities and stay ahead of trends
Experiment, test, and scale new strategies across channels - from app installs to full-funnel conversion tactics
We expect you to
Have 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, including Search, Display, YouTube and Performance Max (PMax)
Be confident using Google Ads Editor, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and understand performance tracking best practices
Combine analytical thinking with creative problem-solving, especially when it comes to ad creatives and messaging
Be able to plan, prioritize, and thrive both independently and as part of a team
Embrace experimentation and be unafraid of failure when testing new strategies
Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Lithuanian, in written and verbal formats
Salary
Gross salary range is 3900-5900 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
