This is a highly hands-on role within a new growth initiative. We're looking for someone who enjoys building from scratch, thrives in uncertainty, and is excited to turn market insights into profitable products and categories.
Get ready to
Build and manage the roadmap for new product categories, identifying and prioritizing opportunities with strong commercial potential.
Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, competitors, and emerging niches to support product and category decisions.
Build business cases for new products, evaluating demand, competitive landscape, sourcing feasibility, margins, and scalability.
Source and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers worldwide, securing the best commercial terms while ensuring quality and reliability.
Define product concepts and launch strategies, including positioning, pricing, offers, packaging, marketing angles, and testing plans.
Continuously improve existing products and expand product ecosystems through new variations, bundles, complementary products, packaging improvements, and other value-enhancing initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between design, supply chain, customer support, legal, and other stakeholders
Provide strategic direction to growth and creative teams, helping shape customer acquisition strategies and product messaging.
We expect you to
Have at least 2-3 years of experience in product management, category management, sourcing, business development, or a similar commercially focused role within e-commerce, D2C, retail, or consumer products.
Be highly analytical and comfortable turning market research, customer insights, and data into business decisions and product opportunities.
Have experience evaluating new products, categories, or business opportunities, including building business cases and assessing commercial viability.
Be confident communicating and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, and external partners.
Thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and not every answer is known in advance.
Demonstrate strong ownership, initiative, and an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to drive projects independently from idea to execution.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Salary
Gross salary range is 4500-5500 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
