Get ready to

• Coordinate communication and content dedicated to the club’s partners and community across digital and offline channels

• Develop and execute collaboration projects together with sponsors and commercial partners

• Contribute to partner integrations on matchdays and across the club’s digital communication channels

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure partner visibility is implemented smoothly and creatively

• Help strengthen the club’s commercial communication and build long-term value for partners and fans alike

We expect you to

• Bring experience in communication, partnerships, project coordination, marketing, or related fields

• Be a confident communicator who enjoys working with people and building relationships

• Demonstrate a proactive, hands-on mindset alongside strong organizational skills

• Feel comfortable coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

• Understand social media and digital communication formats well

• Communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken

• Be genuinely interested in football, sports, and community-driven communication

• Understand the basics of photo and video content coordination or production

Salary

Gross salary starts from 3300 EUR/month.
