About the team

Get ready to

• Monitor competition, analyze market trends, and translate insights into product improvements and innovations

• Own end-to-end product operations across a growing scope including product packaging solutions, retail branding and partnerships execution

• Ensure smooth daily execution (labels, localizations, promotional materials) to keep business running efficiently

• Drive product excellence across labels, communication, retail materials, and overall product experience

• Define and strengthen product USPs, including modes of action, ingredient transparency, and communication angles

• Manage design and project workflows (agency coordination, promotional materials development, samples logistics, and support of strategic initiatives execution)

We expect you to

• Take full ownership and deliver high-quality results with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

• Have a background in brand or product management with understanding of positioning and product development

• Bring experience or strong interest in health & wellness (probiotics/gut health is a plus)

• Be able to translate complex product or scientific information into clear, compelling communication

• Have strong copywriting skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Be proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a small, high-responsibility team

Salary

Gross salary range is 4500 - 6000 EUR/month.

Location

Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
