An enthusiastic and driven Commercial & Partnerships Manager to join the team at Vilnius Žalgiris - one of the most storied football clubs in Lithuania, proud of its rich history and passionate community.

Get ready to

• Lead partner relationships end-to-end, ensuring smooth onboarding, proactive communication, and strong ongoing engagement

• Grow our commercial network. Actively identify, approach, and secure new partnerships that align with the club’s values and strategic objectives

• Collaborate cross-functionally. Work closely with internal stakeholders to activate partner agreements in ways that create mutual value

• Represent the club externally. Be a key point of contact for partners and help strengthen the club’s reputation within the business community

• Drive strategic growth. Develop actionable plans for partner engagement, retention, and incremental commercial opportunities

We expect you to

• Have strong experience in partnership management, business development, sales, or commercial operations - ideally in sports, entertainment, or related fields

• Be a confident communicator and relationship builder who thrives engaging with external partners and internal stakeholders alike

• Bring a proactive mindset and ability to work both strategically and hands-on - from vision to execution

• Be energized by networking, negotiation, and creating win-win situations

• Have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary

Gross salary range is 3000 - 4000 EUR/month.
