Get ready to

• Lead frontend architecture and make key technical decisions for our e-commerce projects

• Own features end-to-end — from initial idea through development, testing, and deployment

• Build high-quality frontend solutions using React and TypeScript

• Design scalable frontend architecture, manage state effectively, and ensure maintainable code

• Optimize performance and implement robust testing (Jest, Playwright, Cypress)

• Work closely with backend, product, and marketing teams to deliver impactful features

• Mentor other developers and help establish engineering best practices within the team

• Proactively identify technical or product issues and solve them before they escalate

• Contribute to improving development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and frontend standards

• Build reliable, responsive, and user-friendly e-commerce experiences
  

We expect you to

• Bring expert-level React and TypeScript experience (5+ years) in professional environments

• Have a strong understanding of modern frontend architecture patterns and state management

• Write clean, scalable code and apply best practices around testing and performance optimization

• Be highly comfortable with CSS, responsive design, and modern UI development

• Have experience with CI/CD pipelines and build tools

• Demonstrate strong ownership mentality — taking responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks

• Be a proactive problem solver who identifies and addresses issues early

• Feel comfortable making technical decisions independently and standing by them

• Show high accountability and follow-through on projects and technical initiatives

• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Support and mentor other engineers, helping the team grow
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 4700-5800 EUR/month.

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
