Get ready to

• Ensure assigned accounting tasks are performed accurately and in full compliance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania

• Take full responsibility for the correctness and quality of your work

• Prepare and submit tax declarations (profit tax, VAT, GPM, SODRA) for assigned companies

• Actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes

• Analyze financial and accounting indicators, balance sheets, and general ledger data

• Provide insights and recommendations to team leaders and management

• Initiate and implement improvements in accounting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy

• Maintain professional communication with auditors and external institutions

• Submit reports to your supervisor according to established procedures and deadlines

We expect you to

• Have higher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field

• Have at least 3 years of experience in financial accounting

• Possess strong knowledge of Lithuanian national accounting standards

• Have practical experience with relevant taxes (profit tax, VAT, GPM, SODRA)

• Demonstrate strategic thinking and strong analytical skills

• Be detail-oriented while remaining flexible in problem-solving

• Be able to independently manage tasks from start to finish

• Effectively plan your time and manage processes

• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and solve complex accounting problems independently

• Communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English

• Be confident working with MS Office programs and general computer systems

Salary

Gross salary range is 2300 - 3000 EUR/month.

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
