About the team

Get ready to

• Lead operational execution across Bioma Health teams, driving efficiency and smooth delivery

• Build and optimize scalable processes to support fast, complex growth

• Drive execution excellence and ensure strategic priorities are delivered

• Own annual and quarterly planning cycles, including process and workload planning, resource allocation (people & budget), and support corporate finance oversight and budgeting

• Partner closely with Tech and Data leadership (direct reports) to align execution with priorities

• Collaborate on PaymentOps, financial operations, and supply chain-related topics

• Establish internal centers of excellence for operational best practices, working daily with the CEO and taking over key operational responsibilities

We expect you to

• Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role (COO, Head of Operations, VP Ops, GM) within a scaling tech or product company

• Strong understanding of corporate finance and operational planning

• Experience working closely with Tech and Data organizations

• Ability to design and implement processes that improve execution and accountability

• Strong leadership skills with a structured and calm approach

• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment

Salary

Gross salary range is 8,000–10,000 EUR/month, plus performance-based variable bonuses.

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
