We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer / Video Editor who is both creative and performance-driven to help us scale Moerie - a brand focused on high-quality hair care products made with natural ingredients - through impactful visuals and high-performing video ads. In this senior-level position, you’ll take ownership of the visual direction, create standout graphics, edit compelling video content, and collaborate closely with marketers to craft data-informed campaigns that convert. Get ready to

• Design high-performing static graphics and ad creatives for Meta, Gaming Apps, and other channels

• Edit both long-form and short-form videos with a performance mindset — including YouTube content, Meta ads, hooks, cutdowns, and UGC-style edits

• Bring designs to life using motion graphics and light animation

• Collaborate with marketers to analyze performance metrics and iterate on creative assets based on insights

• Pitch and test new visual concepts, ad formats, and campaign ideas from a senior strategic perspective

• Stay ahead of creative trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

• Juggle multiple high-priority projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining top-tier quality

• Play a key role in building and evolving our creative strategy as the brand scales rapidly
  

We expect you to

• Be curious, analytical, and motivated to optimize creative based on performance data

• Have proven, senior-level experience in graphic design and video editing, especially within a performance marketing environment

• Be highly proficient in After Effects and Photoshop

• Understand what drives Meta ad performance - from creative strategy to execution

• Use data and AI tools to make visuals more effective and appealing.

• Be a strong visual storyteller who knows how to grab and keep attention

• Stay updated on DTC industry trends and competitors to keep our creatives fresh and effective.

• Communicate fluently in English and Lithuanian and thrive in a collaborative, feedback-oriented environment
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 3300 - 4300 EUR/month.

Location

Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role, with Kaunas team members usually coming to the Vilnius office 2–3 times per week.
