Get ready to

• Be the driving force and the main owner of the internal tech product vision and development
• Identify new product opportunities by analyzing internal workflows & market best practices
• Deeply understand user needs through interviews & continuous feedback
• Build business cases and roadmaps for larger initiatives
• Define & track KPIs focusing on adoption, usage, and business value
• Align priorities with stakeholders and translate requirements for engineering
• Lead grooming & planning sessions and ensure on-time delivery
• Drive internal launches and promote product adoption
• Coordinate documentation, training, and (if needed) external vendors

We expect you to

• Have experience as a Product manager in a tech company
• Ability to identify root problems, challenge assumptions, and make data-informed decisions
• Skill in conducting user interviews, validating hypotheses, and transforming insights into improvements
• Comfort working with KPIs, funnels, effort–value analysis, and product metrics
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience aligning teams, managing competing priorities, and maintaining transparency
• Strong skills in structuring requirements, maintaining a clean backlog, and ensuring task readiness
• Proactive approach to tracking progress, removing blockers, and ensuring timely delivery
• Curiosity, ownership, and initiative to find opportunities and drive them end-to-end

Salary

Gross salary range is 5700-7000 EUR/month.

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
