We are looking for

an entrepreneurial Co-founder to build and scale innovative digital or physical products in health, wellness, or other impactful fields - together with Kilo as your strategic partner and investor.

Get ready to

• Create and launch your own product, co-build a new idea together, or take on one of the ventures we already have prepared
  

• Take full responsibility for the strategy, growth, and overall success of your project
  

• Drive product from 0 → 1 (MVP) and then scale it globally
  

• Own the execution and drive growth by leveraging our existing service teams and ready-to-use infrastructure
  

• Structure and follow the product budget, competing with global players and building an ROI-positive business
  

• Validate ideas fast - test, pivot, or kill what doesn’t work, and double down on what does
  

• Think and act like an owner - move fast and take responsibility for outcomes
  

We expect you to

• Have a proven track record in building or scaling businesses (digital or physical; health, wellness, or related fields is a plus)
  

• Be comfortable with both strategic vision and hands-on execution - from setting direction to closing first sales
  

• Have a good understanding of digital performance marketing
  

• Know how to validate products quickly and use data to drive decisions
  

• Have the ability to attract talent and build strong teams from scratch
  

• Be resilient: thrive in ambiguity, embrace failure as learning, and move fast
  

• Be a natural leader who can inspire others, but also a builder who gets things done
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 4000 - 5000 EUR/month.

The amount of compensation, the benefits package, and the working conditions are all negotiable. We are also offering an equity stake in the business unit.

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
